Hello all,

Any one know how can we add custom filter on the subgrid? On normal form, it is possible to add custom filter to a lookup field using Javascript fetchXml (addPreSearch, addCustomFilter). but i want to add it on subgrid lookup?

Hi Ishan,

I dont think there is any supported way to put a filter on lookup on subgrid.

Agree with Ravi, there is no way to filter lookup in subgrid.

As others state there is no supported way.

But here is an example of adding a custom filter with plug-in. I have seen this example work with activities.

Perhaps you could adjust to work for you. But again, not supported.

Agree you could write a plugin to filter result using plugin code but there is no supported way of doing this through js code
