Dynamics 365 Storage costs

Hi All,

We have 120 GB database storage to pay for (Dynamics 365 online with 30 GB free storage), all our attachments are stored in Azure already, but we can't seem to reduce the storage any more. Anyone has any suggestion how to use Azure or GCP for database storage?

Hello,

That application seems to apply if you want to archive and delete records following a retention period. If there is data that can be deleted, then you can also assess what records are occupying the most storage by analyzing the top 10 tables in the Capacity Report and delete them directly in CRM. The action plan will depend on the tables that are represented in the report under Database Capacity.

Hi partner,

Do you mean you want to use Azure or GCP to store other attachments from D365 so that we don't need to pay for other database of D365?
