Currently I running GP10.0 under Server1, now I have NEW SERVER for GP.
how do I transfer all those GP Users and security roles to new server? is there any way i can do that?

This Microsoft KB Article has instructions of how to transfer GP, including all users, to a new server: support.microsoft.com/.../878449
Ian is correct. All you need to do is follow the steps in KB878449 to move the databases and SQL logins. This will bring over all your data including security as that is stored in the Dynamics database.
