I am not sure if this is possible, but I have to ask.
A user creates an SOP document, is there a way I can see who would have entered the payment?
Thanks

Are they entering the payment via a cash receipt, or are they entering it on the bottom of the SOP document?
Kind regards,
Leslie
If you have access the SQL then there are a few ways that you can look at the user that last modified the document, however, that takes a bit of effort and planning.
Something that you might consider implementing if this is a mtter of concern over a longer period of time - setting up Audit Trails is not a simple or quick process. The pay off is good, but effort worth it.
Good luck.
Entering it at the bottom of the SOP document.
A user entered a payment in a document from another department. The document was intended as charge, some questions came up as to who would have entered the payment.
Thanks Bill, which table can I use to get this information.
Rosemary,
I believe table SOP10103 is the table that houses the payment. Unfortunately, that table does not record the user who entered the transaction.
