i'm trying to install CRM on a server here in the company but is giving the following error:

"Failed Microsoft.Crm.Setup.Server.GrantConfigDBDatabaseAccessAction action.
Windows NT user or group 'NT AUTHORITY \ NETWORK SERVICE' not found. Check the name again."

my scenario is:

the crm in windows server 2003;

server2003 in other server, with sql 2005 and A.D. with groups...

in the sql, both accounts already have permission: network service and system, both with sysadmin and public...

any sugestion?
