How to merge 2 Retail Extension packages

Hi,

I'm new to retail and there are so many things to learn on the development side, it's too many things to wrap my mind around. Will have to go slow step by step.

Until then, I have a requirement where I have to merge 2 Commerce Extension packages. Both are developed on different development machines.

Is there a blog explaining how to merge and deploy as a single package? Is it possible or both the packages code needs to be on a single dev machine to create a single package?

Appreciate any tips.
