E-Mail Display Icon "Weirdness"

H1200.Icon-Weirdness-2.png"Sent Item" folder and it displays the "People" icon along with the appropriate tracking worrding -

When the other CRM user receives the e-mail they initially see the "People" icon along with the tracking information -

But after sometimes a few minutes, other times a few seconds, everything reverts back to a "normal" Outlook display -

And there is NO indication that the e-mail is being tracked/regarded.  The other weird thing is if you click on the "Regarding: None", it will bring you to the record in CRM!!

We would like to have the CRM icon stay present in the "Inbox" along with all of the "Regarding" information.

If anyone has an idea on how to tackle this, that would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Joe

That is very weird, does this happen to only one user or all users?

Also, are there any Outlook Rules enabled? FOr example, a Rule that moves the email to another folder or sends a copy to someone else or something along those lines?

    Thanks.

    Hi Gus,

Nope, this happens to all users.  Also, the only "rule" that I know of in effect is the one where e-mails are not tracked as "activities" between CRM users -

So I'm at a loss on this one.

    Thanks,

    Joe
