RE: Outlook Plugin Pointing to the incorrect environment

Current Environment: Dynamics 365 Online

Dear All,

Having some issues with the Outlook plugin, and need your help. 

Currently, the setup in the Configuration Manager is correct - using our production environment URL. However, when a record is selected, and I click "VIEW IN CRM", a new window is open, and I am pointed to one of our test environments. 

How does this get fixed?

    Hi Eduardo,

    Do you mean the D365 app for Outlook?

    The test environment account and the production environment account should be two different accounts.

    Please check which account mailbox is the selected record in Outlook.

    Hi Eduardo,

    I assume you are talking about Dynamics for Outlook. Sorry if these are dummy questions.

    • Do you have both test and prod configurations in Configuration Wizard?
    • Do you have the Prod organization selected in "Select an organization" on Dynamics 365 section of Outlook?
