Failed to update Production Environment

Greetings.

I just noticed today that my customer's environment(production) update, has failed ( i guess ) .

I can't reschedule the update date ( check image below ).

How should i proceed ? Has anyone faced the same problem as me?

    I that specific issue I would recommend to either contact your CSP, or if you are the CSP, to contact Microsoft, to verify the situation with specific tenant, checking if there are some problem preventing the upgrade and to reschedule the upgrade for you.

    Hi

    Can you schedule the upgrade for 10/8?

    Or change the time frame below. Make sure when you schedule the update it is in your time frame. For example if your time frame is 12 am - 6 am EST and the date is 10/7 you cannot schedule update for 10/7 at 8 am EST.

    Hi, After clicking this Modify, can the date only be selected to 9/17?

    If so, I suggest sending a Service Request to the Microsoft support teams.

    In addition, it is recommended to add your email to Notification Recipients, so that when the environment upgrade fails, you should receive an email.

    Unfortunately , i can't reschedule the upgrade ( check second photo).System requires a date between 7/7 and 17/9.
