We are currently handling a scenario where we are vacating an existing warehouse, and all inventory is being transferred to another warehouse. The physical transfer takes approximately one week.

we did not create any transfer order or transfer journal to move the inventory into other warehouse due to some reservation constraints. is there way we can do the inventory movement between 2 warehouse by using advance warehouse mobile devices.

That's possible. You need to have a mobile device menu item with work creation process 'Warehouse transfer'.
