Howdy,
Is there a way to create a workflow to lookup values in another entity to see if it's already existed?
For example: when I receive an email, I want to check to see if the "from" email existed in the contact. If existed, then associate the email with that contact, and set a couple of parameters in contact, else, create the contact and then set a couple of parameters in contacts.
I am aware of create contact when from the sender or organization option in the personal option setting.
I just want to do the lookup and creation myself so that I can set the name for the contact myself and some other parameters.
