Data Exchange Definition for Sales Invoice Export

Hi.

I'm having difficulties setting up a Data Exchange Definition to export Sales Invoices in PEPPOL format.

In the following Microsoft demo they seem to be using out-of-the-box Data Exchange Definitions that would be available to users, however I can't seem to access them.

Could anyone help with the proper set up for the Data Exchange Definition and Data Exchange Definition Field Mapping so an E-Document is created when I post a sales invoice?

Hi,

I am also having the question.

I am trying to configure E-Documents using Data Exchange Definitions, however, I didn't not find the Data Exchange Documents which was shown in the Demo Tutorial.

I even tried to check in the GB localization assuming it would be available as demonstrated in the tutorial, but unfortunately, it was not.

You don’t need to create a custom Data Exchange Definition for PEPPOL. Business Central provides standard ones through the E-Documents feature. Make sure the E-Documents Core app is installed and PEPPOL is enabled in E-Document Service Setup. If you don’t see the definitions, contact your Microsoft Partner to get them deployed.
