Just wanted to ask if anyone has the same issue and can provide any insight on our problem.
We are having intermittent errors on our forms after our version 9 upgrade from version 8.2 on our Dynamics 365 CRM instance. Here is the error:
TypeError: Cannot read property 'onLoad' of undefined

The error happens on loading of the form and very random, even on the same record using the same user. We've checked all of our configuration and it seems like everything is in order. We know that this is not caused by any of our customization since if it is, the error should show consistently, and we do not have any random variable that will cause an error to show randomly even for the same record.
Does anyone have any insight about this matter? Any help is greatly appreciated.
