request for explanation of E-Commerce third party and transaction - Dynamics 365 commerce

I would like to know if with the fixed price of Dynamics 365 e-commerce licenses which is 4000$ / month the customer must also pay additional fees for the transactions on the month?

My 2nd question to activate the Dynamics 365 e-commerce add-on, is it mandatory to have Dynamics 365 commerce licenses?

Hello,

Yes it's a fixed price, Band / TIER of e-Commerce is per amount transactions done in average and total of transactions, that's it. You have to calculate your AOV estimated for that.

The e-Commerce will give also a Commerce Scale unit for that. (mandatory)

And D365 Commerce is needed too for the backoffice / D365 HQ : for your key user that do setup / config / do retail stuff on F&O side.
