Sales Order - User Cannot See Data When Creating New Item/Customer

I have a user who can create a NEW customer or item but CANNOT get them s to populate her Sales Order.

Independently, she can open either the Item or the Customer card and edit/modify.

Any ideas on why this is happening?   I did check Permissions b/c it usually is where I'd be directed to begin

    It sounds like the User has permissions for the Item table and the Customer table, but not the Sales Order and/or Sales Order Lines tables, which is why the data is missing.

    Can the User open an existing Sales Order or do they receive a permission message?

    On the Permissions, are you applying standard BC permission for Sales Order Edit and Post or are these custom permissions?
