Do you have customised JavaScript on that part of your CRM?

try hit f12 in IE with "break on unhealed exception" and reload the page with problem. it should point the line causing the problem.

    Hi,

This script error is coming from a javascript web resource enabled on some field.

As previous post suggests, please hit F12 on the page and try to debug the script specifically look on line 7 as this line number listed in the script error message.

    Thanks
