Hi

I have shipped one transfer order which contains one item with three different batch numbers(by using batch reservation). I am using item arrival journal to receive them. Iam selecting three different locations to receive the item. once the item arrival is posted, during receiving the item i get an error message. could any one help on this issue?

    Hi,

Everything looks fine, can the error be repeated with one batch and location?

    Which version are you using?

    Hi

with one batch number, there is no issue, but when batch numbers are increased more than two, this error occurs. you may test it in USPI. Version is 10.0.5

    Hi Hamidreza,

I test in entity USPI and version 10.0.5, post item arrival with two batches and then receive, system doesn't throw any error.

It is recommended to create a support ticket in LCS.

    Thank you MATTGUO

As i mentioned earlier, this error occurs with more than two batch numbers. Please test under below conditions:

. ship item with three batch numbers

. receive item in three different location. where there is no default location for receiving warehouse.
