Tenant Media table data arrangement

Hi Grus,

Current my online Business Central version is 21 and will be update to 22 early May and I am "Super" user.

I have used the BC from September last year and now the "Tenant Media" and "Tenant Media Thumbnails" tables size goes to 25GB now.

I'd like to know the way for data arrangement way like only be left vendor's invoice etc. If there is no way for filtered data deleting then please let me know entire table data delete way if it possible.

Hi, Yes, the above method just removes unnecessary data.

I discussed how to export all Media Contents (bmp, jpg,mp4…) from table 2000000184 “Tenant Media” in the following blog and hope it will give you some tips.

Hi ZHU, Thank you for your information.

Regarding the newly will published "Media.FindOrphans & MediaSet.FindOrphans", I am not sure but I think it's only work for no more referenced media data cleanup. And if some no referenced Tenant Media data is automatically deleted in the system of current version also.  How can I find the Tenant Media data reference information?
