    Hi MoMo,

This is something that is hard to troubleshoot in a forum as several areas that could be the cause as the error message presented is rather generic. I would recommend enabling tracing on the CRM Server as this will give us a better starting point. There are many ways to enable tracing if you are uncertain how to do it. I have referenced a KB article which tells you how to enable it:

    support.microsoft.com/.../907490

You can also use also use the diagnostic tool from CodePlex for CRM 2011:

    crmdiagtool2011.codeplex.com

I would recommend enabling verbose tracing and see what type of error is being thrown when you attempt to connect to the website after an IISReset.

I know you stated that nothing changed, but something could have changed in the background. Perhaps a Update Rollup or a Windows Update. It could also be caused by a modification to the web.config for CRM. You could also be having issues with SQL. As I said, there are many areas to look at.

Once we have some additional information from the logging, you will be have a better starting point on this.

If this is an urgent issue, I would encourage you to reach out to a Microsoft Dynamics Partner, if you have one, or open a support request with us.

    Thanks,

We seem to be experiencing the same issue and it seems to be related to Update Rollup 10.  Have you had any luck?

I have had the same issue after I installed Rollup 11.

    Try this,

    www.powerobjects.com/.../crm-2011-update-rollup-10-error-fix

it solved the Problem for me.
