Hey,
Am working with Dynamics business central Version W1 13.1 13.0.27183.0 and can't open the filters page to specify conditions for a workflow.
The assist edit button marked below yields nothing
Please help.
Can only faintly see the screen grab but I think it says “Store” request. Which would make this custom or from an add-on product (so still custom). Might be missing some setup. Search for “Dynamic Request Page Fields”. This setup area drives what page pops up on the drill down you’re trying.

This was a known issue that has been resolved.
The version of Business Central you are using is an older one that probably does not contain the fix yet. As far as I remember, this was resolved with the cumulative updates in August 2019 - for your Business Central version that would be this update:
support.microsoft.com/.../cumulative-update-10-for-microsoft-dynamics-365-business-central-on-pr
Please test with this cumulative update or a newer one.
Please also keep in mind that Business Central 13 is out of support. There will not be any new cumulative updates for Business Central 13.
