IVR users not getting problems in USD

I've Dynamics 365 on-prem, USD is configured with x-lite and UAD. non-IVR or IVR users having no problem to login through USD. But IVR users got frozen USD whenever they receive the call in UAD and it pop out nothing to work.

Also - all users are in active directory.

Any Idea or help?
