Decimal is rounding off automatically to higher number in product receipt

I want to do product receipt for an item of quantity 20.5 but system is automtically converting it to 21. What is the setup to restrict the automatic rounding off quantity.

Please check the unit and see if this is 2 or not, if not please change and check.
