I know partners can log support tickets with Microsoft. Is there a way a customer can directly send a support request to Microsoft?

@Jarrod - I think you are right - there is a way to log support tickets as a customer - I will explore further
It depends on your licensing structure. Generally speaking if you pay Microsoft then you utilise their support.
If you oay a partner, you first must use your partner.
Further if you have a support service agreement with Microsoft then under both above scenarios you can use Microsoft support.
