Duration Field in Whole number

Hello ,

In duration Field , I can set 1 day  and 2 day. But in reports it is actually calculated to 24 hours , but is there any ways in which 1 day could calculate to 1 working day .

    The default time set in appointment start date and end date duration is 30 minutes, what can I do to make it 1 hr instead. I was thinking if you please could help me with JavaScript.

    Hi ,  Then it means we cant change the duration field 1 day setting from 24 hours to 1 working day ...!!?

     Does the duration field settings changes when we change working hours in Facility/ Equipment or  the Working day time for a particular user ? pls refer this link  ..  docs.microsoft.com/.../set-work-hours-resource

    Hi,

    setting for service management is not related to duration field.  That setting is for SLA.

    if you set the duration field into 1 day, the start time and end time will automatically from 6/3/2018 8 am to 7/3/2018 8 am. so it is 24 hours.

    Hi Guys,

    Is it really the set of working Hours to 8.45 in working days in Service Management Working days schedule to get 1 day as 8.45 hours .. or is it the default behaviour of duration field that sets 1 day as 24 hours please help ...Hi rodgers, we already have working day schedule set in  Service Management under Settings and still it is 24 hours.

    Hi

    Duration field is always store as minutes in database, if you working hours is 8 hours, ask user to put in 8 hours instead of 1 day, else you have to convert in report.
