Old UI Settings, Customization, and Administration

Hi All,

My only question and concern about the new UI is that I do not see the Settings feature to access the customization, administration, security, etc of the CRM. Will the transition to the new UI permanently have these available? I'm sure there will, either that or I am currently not seeing it.

Thanks!

Just to be clear, I mean the admin settings to access the backend of the CRM, not personal settings.

Also, I am not able to access the "Form Editor" as there is no button on the top of the page as the old UI had it as.

    Hello,

Some of the parity gaps between legacy web client and Unified Interface are indeed still present, especially on the admin area (e.g. assign a role to a user).

These will however progressively be moved to:

Power Platform Admin Center (admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/) for environment settings

Power Apps maker portal (https://make.powerapps.com) for customizations. This is where you can now find your solutions, and the modern form editor.

There will be hybrid mode for those settings as long as they haven’t been incorporated as part of the modern admin or maker experience.

Thansk Nikita, this is what I was looking for. Although this is a few more clicks and less fluid. Hopefully Dynamics 365 can make a clean transition for the UI.
