I'm trying to show a contact form inside an iframe and I'm not having any luck.

It looks like there might some kind of support for this using navbar=off & cmdbar=false.

I can construct an URL that with these parameters and it works when pasted into the browser's address bar, but when I try to put it into iframe, I just get blank page (even thou CRM prompts me for password)

Has anybody been able to get this to work? If so can you provide sample of you did it?

Try with Web resource it should be showing properly.

I had web resource with following html and it was showing record content without any issues

I got it to work when I placed it in a web resource and put the web resource on the site map.

It wont work if the iframe is hosted locally or if web resource is accessed directly (eg http ://myserver/MYCRM/WebResources/new_mywebpage.html )

If you add onload script on the web resource file to set the src of the Iframe opening web resource with right parameters should show record without any issue. I was able see record showing properly in web resource when i opened web resource url directly by passing querystring entityname and recordid.

I tried loading the iframe from javascript and it still didn't work. It must something with my environment or version (CRM 2013 SP1 UR1). At least now I know it should work and how to get it to work.

Did it worked for you, I am trying to do similar thing, trying to load my crm lead form in custom web page and getting following error:

You can't access CRM URL from CRM ifame.
