Error in accessing D365 using Plug in registration tool.

I frequently encounter this error when I try to use the Plugin registration tool. There are times that I do not encounter this so I do not know what could be the issue. Please help me so to stop this issue.

Unhandled Exception: System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException: An error occurred while making the HTTP request to org8c9eb673.api.crm.dynamics.com/.../web. This could be due to the fact that the server certificate is not configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case. This could also be caused by a mismatch of the security binding between the client and the server.

    Hello Ozz,

    Hope you are well.

    Eventually this issue could be related to connectivity issue.

    Please, make sure that ISP network connection is ok and confirm if any additional security software (Antivirus, Personal Firewall or similar) could affect connectivity as well.

    ISP network connection is good and we have checked with the  network security team if the application is being blocked but we have verified that no issues were found. Do you have any other idea on why is this happening?
