Retrieving List of Portals failed - D365 Portal

Hi All,

I was trying to configure D365 portal to my CRM Trial Environment but it gives me "Retrieving List of Portals failed". This occurs after I select the D365 Instance. Anyone could help me?

Hi,

This is the known issue that we usually get while provisioning or changing any portal settings through Portal Actions.

If you are still facing it, Raise a ticket with Microsoft to get it resolved.
