Hi,

I have a field Account type that is a multi-option select field and the options are Grantee, Vendor, Funder, consultants.

So, the total no of Grantee account is 150, Funder[300], Vendor[200], Consultant[100].

Similarly, few accounts have two type Grantee&Funder [100].

Here, we should have Grantee = 250 (150+100) and Funder = 400.

but, when I filter the record the using query Account type is equal Grantee, it gives me only 150, not 250.

So, is there any way to achieve this. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I have the same question (0)

If is a multi-option the count is not a strict addition.

If you have 150 Grantee records, that are just 150, also if 149 of them have another option (like Vendor)

Thanks,  for your attention. However, my query is if an account is both grantee and funder, then it should also included in grantee only.

ex- Account ABC Pvt. Ltd = grantee

XYZ Pvt. Ltd =  Grantee &Funder

when I use query Account Type equals Grantee, then I should get result ABC and XYZ both. Because at the end XYZ is a grantee also. But , I am getting only ABC.

can you post some screenshot of this field and the queries you are running?

I have a field called CIFF Relationship type which is a multi-select option field. In this, I can choose an account as grantee, vendor, etc.

Now, when I use query CIFF RT equals Grantee &Funder, then it shows 1 Minute Film and when I use CIFF RT equals Grantee then it doesn't give the same account same. But, it should be visible because 1 Minute Film is a grantee also. SO, is there any way to get this.?

See, when I use CIFF RT equals Grantee, 1 minute fil doesn't show up.

Now, it's visible. So, again my question is there any way to show the same account when I use query CIFF RT equals Grantee?

try to use "Contain Values" instead of "Equals" in the query you posted with just "Grantee"

Yup, it worked when I used "contains". Thank you so much.

And I have one more query if you could help, I was trying to export the template to import Contact data. While exporting contact template, I got an error that says "A duplicate column heading exists".

I did check in the Contact entity, in that contact field exists as Primary Key.

similarly, in Account entity, Account field exists as Primary Key. But, I can download the Account template, not contact.

I don't have suggestions for that export contact template issue you are facing. Open another post to get more visibility to it

    Hi Partner,

In Settings> Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Contact > Fields.

Sort the fields by display name and scroll through the list until you find two identical display names.

Rename one, save and publish your changes.

You should now be able to download the Import template.
