Zebra DS3678 Scanner and Business Central Issue

Good day,

We have been using Symbol 3578ds scanners which are out dated but work fine in BC when scanning online but the new Zebra DS3678 and when we scan it opens the Edge downloads and shows a SO PDF, has anyone experienced this and possibly now of a solution?

    Thank you for the comment, these are handheld scanners, I agree with you about the MVP's and partners but to me it is worth checking forums and incase someone had experienced the issue before and may know what can be done instead of wasting our paid hours on the consultants, for them to answer the question would waste a block of an hour.
