Hi,
In our company we use the Dynamics 365 mobile app for iPhones to connect to our on-prem Dynamics 365 (8.2.2.339) system.
Some users may experience a kind of themeless app that looks very simple and native. It may work but differs from what other users see in their app.
A complete reinstallation of the app in most cases resolves this issue.

Are there any known ways apart from reinstalling the app completely to fix this issue? Any hint is very welcome.
