Portals: Optionset Filed not showing the existing value on Readonly mode

Hello everyone,

I am working with the Opportunity entity on the portal.

On the form I have an optionset which has a default selected option and can be updated by the users.

Whenever I update the record as Won or Lost and the it becomes inactive, this form is read only, so is the optionset but instead of showing there the existing value it becomes a blank field.

[I am not using a Global Optionset]

Do you know if it is possible to show the value?

Many thanks in advance,

Irena.

    Hi,

Portal User Permission - The permissions for portal users is separate from permissions of internal CRM users, so you may need to set up permissions differently. So check proper permission for portal user.

    Hallo Sandeep,

Thanks for answering, I think the permissions are fine, the users have all the rights except deleting records, I can see the value on the Entity List grid, but not inside the form.

    Regards,

    Irena.

Used Jquery to change same attributes and got the value displayed
