Sandbox deleted when converting trial to payed subscription.

A client has recently converted a BC trial to a payed subscription.

After this it appears that the sandbox environments they worked on in the trial version have dissapeared.

Is there any way to get these back?

    I found the sandboxes at the office.com menu. So all good. :)
