Hi, I want to integrate CRM 2016 Online with WhatsApp.

On how to get and send msg from CRM to WhatsApp. How will I do this? Are ther any API's available for the same?

Hi Andrii,

I have gone through the link and also few more similar posts but it looks like now WART is not working. I am also getting below error similar to someone posted on link you have provided:

Could not request code using either sms or voice. SMS: {"status":"fail","reason":"no routes","retry_after": 3600} Voice: {"status":"fail","reason":"no routes","retry_after": 3600}

Hi Goutam,

Thanks for reply..I checked your mentioned blog but they are manually sending the conversation as mail to crm ..no direct msg is sent to mscrm
