Partner License Expiring

I have been using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional for Partners for the past year but it is saying my license expires in 6 days and I do not see a way to update and it does not appear on my partner license site any more

Hi Kevin,

Your Dynamics Partner internal use rights (IUR) licenses should be under your Internal use software section in the Microsoft Partner site. Here is a link to the location on the Microsoft UK Partner website:

partner.microsoft.com/.../internal-use-software

and here is a direct link to it:

https://www.microsoft.com/msppdd/

It should be under cloud software for Dynamics CRM Online.

I looked under my Cloud licenses and did not list the CRM software.

If your organisation is still eligible to Internal Use Rights licenses, you should see your in the following location under the name: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Plan 1 (or other plans). If you click on View, it should display the key.

Here is the location with the filter:

www.microsoft.com/.../Downloads

Here is a screenshot from my partner account:

If you don't have Microsoft Dynamics in your list, then it might be that your organisation is no longer eligible for Dynamics Internal Use Rights.

Microsoft changed the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional for Partners to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Plan 1 Enterprise IUR for Partners. That was where I was confused. Thank you.

Hi,

I have a question related to this thread.

We use the exact same version (Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional for Partners).

To renew /migrate the subscription, i see only "Dynamics 365 Plan 1 Enterprise Edition IUR for Partners" in the Microsoft Online Services.

Are these products totaly equals ? My fear is to lose datas or functionnalities...

Hi Julien,

Yes. Dynamics CRM Online Professional has been replaced with Dynamics 365 Plan 1 Enterprise Edition. So you should be safe to use this key to renew. In all cases, if the key is inaccurate, it won't work and you won't use it. That's what I would do but if you are in doubt speak to your Microsoft account manager.

I got the same thing, followed the steps and it all went well until it came up with a screen asking me to assign licences. Anyways, i assigned licenses of Dynamics 365 to the same users as CRM Online.

It still says that the setup is incomplete? What does that mean?

Our CRM Online is scheduled to be updated to Dynamics 365 after 3 weeks. Will that have any effect on our data and the existing workflows?
