Try to post packing slip. But its showing "Cannot create a record in MBSContainerPackingSlipCounterTable (MBSContainerPackingSlipCounterTable). The record already exists."

    Hi,
    I couldn’t find any table named MBSContainerPackingSlipCounterTable. If it is part of a customization, you may need to check with the person who developed it.
    Alternatively, I’m not sure if it might be part of a newer or preview version. Could you please confirm whether you are on the latest version or a preview version? Also, do you have any customizations related to packing slip posting?

    Hi,
     
    As suspected by Hardik, this is a table part of a customization or 3rd party add-on solution. The error means that a duplicate record is being inserted which is prevented by the primary key or other index that does not allow duplicates. Was this working correctly before? If so, did something change? 
     
    As mentioned by Hardik you can contact the developer, but also the partner in case this is part of an add-on.
