Is Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 compliant with ISO Standard 13485:2016.?

A manufacturer in Canada is seeking a document that states that Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 is compliant with ISO Standard 13485:2016.

This was identified during a recent Quality audit that to continue to manufacturer certain components that are used in the Medical Industry the business system MS Dynamics NAV 2017 must demonstrate that it meets or is in compliance with ISO Standard 13485:2016..

Dynamics NAV 2017 is out of support so there is no way that will hold any current compliance certification maintained by Microsoft.

So the manufacturer will have to document compliance on their own.

NAV 2017 is still supported, but has entered the extended support phase.

As Inge mentioned, this specification is defined by partners or customers themselves, and has nothing to do with Microsoft.
