User permissions issue when creating a vendor invoice

Hi All,

I have created a new user who has a full license however when the user tries to create a document such as vendor invoice it is coming up with the below?

Is there something else I am missing? I have given all of the user permissions on the user record within BC to what I have so not sure what else I am missing?

    Hello,

    The first screenshot is too small for me to make out the message.  It looks like you've given the user SUPER, so I'm going to assume it's not a permissions issue.  What license specifically did you give this user?  If you just updated their license type then you may need to take the following steps:

    Navigate to the 'Users' page
    Run the 'Refresh User Groups' process

    This will force any license update\change you've recently made to a user.  This should ensure that you're not running into an Entitlement issue.

    Hi Chris,

    Worked this out just an hour ago but yes you are correct I did not refresh the user groups, all working now thanks!
