Import file stuck on submitted - CRM ONLINE

(0) ShareShare

I submitted a import file with 5 rows and the file stuck on "submitted"  I checked system jobs and that job is not present in the window.

I also noticed that I am unable to create a new solution today, I receive an generic error message "an error has occurred"  I wonder if these two issues are connected, has anyone experienced this before with CRM 2015 online?

Thanks

From time to time - submitted Imports are waiting to be processed and sometimes will be in queue for a day before they get processes.  This is not expected behavior and indicates an issue with a backend async service.  If you cannot wait for them to be processed open a support ticket with MS - they may be able to restart that service.

    Hi,

I have created a word template to export a quote with product lines. Everything is working fine, except that if i resequence the product lines the new sequence does not pull through to the word template.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Darren,

We are also facing same issue. But our environment is on premises ans also  the asyn service is running perfectly. We have restarted the service and checked also still no use. The imported file is status is not modifying it is in the submitted state only as shown in the below image. Is there any other reason for this.

When i open imported record created in the imports entity after importing a file to CRM by navigating using imports menu. In that when i went to system jobs there it is showing status reason as waiting for resources as shown in below image what could be the reason for this

Submitted an import file - all by the books.  Received a notice in CRM that it failed but the job is still in a Submitted status.  Actually, many of the jobs are in a submitted status even if they somewhat completed - the failed records in Dynamics 365 are scarce in their explanation of what made them fail if we even get one.

    Hi Satish,

Did you find the reason for this, we are also facing the same issue currently in our onpremise dynamics 365 version. Actually we are trying to migrate data from crm2011 to dynamics 365. Can anyone suggest for some solution except import/export of data. We are trying to use scribe but no luck. Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Drashti Mehta
