Bank Reconciliation in Navision 2018

Hi Community,

I would like to ask if my accounts were to do Suggest Lines in Bank reconciliation the first time, and accidentally deleted a line on the left.

Then to get the line out again, she will have to reselect the Suggest Lines, however, then she will need to delete away those repetitive lines on the left to get the one line which she accidentally deleted. Is there an easier way of how she can retrieve that one accidentally deleted lines on the left with out going through Suggest Lines?

Josh,

When the Ban Rec. is broken or just bad, I tell my customers to delete he Bank Rec and start over. Not practical to to try to fix the issue that you describe and quicker to start over.

Needle in a hay stack type scenario. Might be best to just delete the lot and redo the suggest lines. To use suggest lines you’d need to know something like a date to narrow down and use filtering. You could manually pull both the left and right sides into excel and do a comparison. I’d say my first suggestion is faster though
