CRM implementation case studies

Hello CRM experts,

I hope to get your thoughts and inputs on the following -  I am NOT looking for clients names or anything that is confidential.  I am looking for case studies for large implementations using Dynamic CRM in terms of

# of interfaces : n

Size of the database : X GB

# of Servers: p with x web servers

Complexity (Outbound and Inbound services exposed):  High (this is subjective)

# of users : X concurrent users.

and other factors that fit to the category of large implementation.

I appreciate if you can share the numbers where you were involved or aware.

Thank you,

Harihar

    Harihar,

You can lead CRM 2013 Implementation Guide

    www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

    Load Performance and Scalability

    www.microsoft.com/.../confirmation.aspx

As your benchmark and additional info.

    Thanks.

I would maybe search through for CRM 2013 case studies, I don't think you are going to get many CRM experts/developers/consultants go through the process of getting the information you request because it's a lot of effort, you don't really say why you want it and it won't resolve a problem.

I can't really see how it will help you.  Microsoft CRM 2013 (and previous versions) is scalable and you can add as many servers as you need to the various parts (Front end, Back end and SQL Server).

    The complexity is very subjective

    Maybe look at these

Fair enough and I agree it is highly subjective.

Reason I asked is two fold -

One to find if there are any known limitations for specific type of integrations in terms of scalability as we are looking to use MSD in the coming year or so.  Obviously the question was not clear enough(my mistake),

Second to learn typical large implementations stats that were successfully implemented.

Thank you very much once again for the links.

    Regards,

    Harihar
