Store Operations POS, Item Lookup Code Automatic Return

Greetings,

I am setting up a new register, and after scanning in a item I am unable to get store operations POS to automatically lookup a item, returning its price and other information. The barcode will scan properly, but I have to manually hit tab for it to return the information. Is there a setting in RMS that can be modified, or is it possibly a configuration on the scanner?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    It is scanner configuration, return to scanner manual and program your device to hit enter automatically after scanning process.
