We have a great MSFT partner, unfortunately, they do not offer 24x7 support. We're wondering if we can get such support direct from MSFT.

Not that I aware of. All support is handle by partner and partner can raise support to MSFT if needed.

Maybe you can engage with another partner in different time zone so you can be support 24x7

There are partners that do offer that service as they have bought that service via a support plan from Microsoft.
