Does any one know if there is a issue with the down load page for gp2016 i have been trying to upgrade but i keep getting download will start shortly and it never does?

I am guessing File Transfer Manager is the issue. Check here for the document on it: mbs.microsoft.com/.../fileexchange.doc.
Install it from here:
transfers.one.microsoft.com/.../default.aspx
Still running into problems?
This consultant suggests running in 32-bit IE: vaidymohan.com/.../off-topic-windows-10-and-microsoft-file-transfer-manager-ftm-issues
We have typically had luck pressing f12 then on the emulation tab selecting IE9.
