We migrated a couple of users to Office 365 platform and they are currently using the Outlook Client on their MAC.
They were interested to move to CRM Online but wanted to have the interface of CRM from Outlook.
I tried to install the Outlook Plugin connector to CRM so that we can achieve it and I got the below error message as shown below
And now I have my own doubts if Outlook plug-in works on a native MAC OS?
I researched and some say it's not possible. Some say it may be possible.
Some say it is possible on a Windows Virtual machine. Install Office Client on a Windows Virtual machine and then install Outlook connector to that.
Could you please suggest if there is any other method?
