Slow Powerbi Report in Business Central

The customer in Sandbox Test is attempting to create a Power BI report against a Web Service Page and is unable to get any results. They get Results when creating from a List Page but not a Card Page. It's not normal to take so long to create this Report... anybody had experience with this before? It might something in the Test Environment that it's causing this issue.

Hi, As far as I know, there is no difference in this function between the test environment and the official environment.

Also, did you publish the card page directly to the Web Service? Because you are not opening from the list page, you may not be able to locate a record that is causing this problem.

This is my guess, hopefully other experts can give you better advice.

    Thanks.
