Daily we have a batch imported behind the scenes from another program to GP. I was wondering if there is a way to produce a Smartlist or report that has the total for each batch instead of showing each transaction in the batch. Ideally I would like to have the dates and the batch total on a spreadsheet by month. I was unable to find the correct parameters under the Smartlist builder to produce that information.

Because batch info is not maintained in the database, only at the transaction level, you would have to develop queries that sum transaction totals by Batch ID, for each module. You could do this with Excel refreshable reports and dump them into Pivot tables for summarizing.
