Hello forum,

I was importing organization on dynamics crm 2011 and  i had the following error (Name translation: Could not find the name or insufficient right
to see name (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80072116).

Will be glad for quick response.

    can you post log file that got generated during the import process?

    Hi

    In case the user account details that you have provided in the previous step are not valid domain user then, the error may occur. You probably need to check all the services’ user accounts and change to a valid account.

    Similarly, whilst installing CRM connector for SSRS might through the same error message, again it may be because non-valid user account used for SSRS service.
