Sandbox Error

Getting this error when trying to run a workflow in a Sandbox environment.

The async operation was skipped because the org is in “Disable Background Processing” mode.

The organization is a copy of production so the workflow was written in that environment. Does anyone know why the Sandbox is in this mode and how to change it?

Hi,

the error is relative to the sandbox instance, the message belongs to the "Disable Background Operations" setting
