Entity List on Adx Studio only pulls up one record

Hello,

I have my CRM solution configure with ADX Studio Portals.

I have created an entity list to show records related to the contact, but here is what is happening:

I pull a record and close it, then I try to pull up another record, the same record keeps showing up, if I delete the record and pull up another one, if I pull up a different record it will always show the first one I have opened before. I have tried several different browsers and clearing browsing data, but I still get the same problem.

Has anyone ever had this problem?

    I found out what was the problem.

    There is an option called Record Source Type where you can specify between Query string, Current Portal User and Record Associated to the Portal User.

    I had to change it to Query string to make it to work.

    Hi,

    I suggest you to recycle your adx AppPool.

    it can be link  to adx server cache.

    you will be sure after that
